Most people opted for the travel dreams through a bucket list, but very few have opted for a dream trip independently. They have limited vacation days that fit their work schedule, whatever if they have demanding jobs. I know that. I highly encouraged them to plan ahead of time, especially if you have a solo dream trip coming up soon.
The national event “Plan a Solo Vacation Day,” enacted in 2018 after the solo travelers’ trend has gained popularity. The fun event is always on the first day in March. It has a new trend in solo travel, and its benefits to the person, man or women, single or not, will change as a person. Why solo travel?

Facts:
Women are more likely to travel solo than men. Why? Women have tested their limits than men and are more opened up to new people.
Info to know:
Planning a solo trip requires much more planning than the traditional family trip. Why? There are 4 reasons.
First, you have fully responsible for your trip costs:
- Airfare
- Transportation
- Activities
- Accommodations
- Tips
- Emergencies
- Shopping
- Food and Dining
- Groceries
- Others
Second, you have to plan a backup in case of an emergency. Unlike traveling with your family or friends, you are fully responsible for your emergencies if you get sick or injured.
Third, you have to take care of all of your belongings everywhere.
Tip: Do not leave your carry-ons or personal bags unattended at the airport or any public places, even for a short trip. You must carry with them.
Fourth, you will finally less bored and more motivated with your planning and your own set of the itinerary.
Why is this blog a great way to start writing about solo travel stories?
Working on the brainstorming for the past weeks, planning and drafting what I want to write seems daunting, especially if I have a dream trip coming up in the future. Balancing between planning a dream trip and writing more of the story isn’t a piece of cake but worth the effort.
