We all love to explore the places you want to see, right? And you want to get back to a pre-Covid 19 era. Not precisely because masks and social distancing are still needed until at least mid-2022. Why? Kids and teenagers aren’t getting vaccinated before the fall of 2021. It is impossible to reach full immunity without a vaccine.
While more Americans are getting a Covid-19 vaccine, it is crucial to wear masks and practice social distancing until further notice. Although getting adults to get a vaccine by May 1st may not be realistic, some states have fallen behind in vaccine distribution. It is essential to wait a little longer than anticipated because we hoped you could protect the public for those who already get a Covid vaccine. This blog will explain why late 2021 is the best time to explore places you want.
Reasons why Fall 2021 is the best time to start exploring nearby places:
- Almost all adults (16 and older) are completely vaccinated or full-vaccinated by fall.
- Many places, including the attractions and activities, will start to show proof of the Covid-19 vaccinations card before you process it.
- Enhanced social distancing and mask mandates still took place, even though all adults have a full vaccination.
- It cannot achieve full herd immunity if kids and teenagers are unvaccinated.
- We did not know how long will the immunity will last. According to the research, the Covid-19 vaccine shows 91% efficiency for at least 6 months from the last dose. This trial includes Covid-19 variants but will not last life-long protection. There is more research needed to support this (Fox, 2021).
As the economy opens up, the public must take extra precautions as the new strains of Covid-19 variants are emerging, so please, take Covid-19 precautions seriously.

Note:
Even though some places have loosened mask mandates, it is best to continue to wear masks and social distancing.
